In Short

  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Own a defined territory and lead relationship-driven sales processes.
  • Develop tailored ROI-driven business cases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outreach campaigns.
  • Represent CareMessage at virtual and in-person events.
  • Understand and communicate technical integration capabilities.
  • Coordinate with Implementation and Customer Success teams.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity and quota goals.
  • Provide insights to refine product and messaging.
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles in the $40K–$150K ARR range.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and discovery skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Aligned with CareMessage’s mission of health equity.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
