• Lead a team of 10-15 engineers and an Engineering Manager.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Engineering Management, with 3+ years managing large teams.
• Proven ability to lead long-term product initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of product development.
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Experience in Healthcare Technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/React, Postgres, GCP preferred.
