• Work as a Healthcare Data Analyst specializing in healthcare data.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Deliver actionable insights, high-quality reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
• Collect, validate, transform, interpret, and visualize data.
• Use SQL and data visualization tools to turn raw data into insights.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages like Python or R.
• Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows.
• Experience with data governance and metadata documentation.
• Commitment to privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA familiarity preferred).
• Experience in healthcare or public health preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred).
