Overview

The Patient Service Coordinator is a fully remote role critical to the success of clinical trial operations, focusing on database management and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Manage and maintain patient records across multiple clinical trial management systems.
• Engage with patients to schedule screening and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate with physicians and clinic staff for appointment scheduling.
• Provide clear communication regarding study procedures and patient expectations.
• Build positive relationships with patients and internal teams.
• Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
• Participate in required trainings.
• Prepare necessary documents in accordance with clinical trial protocols.
• Work under general supervision with autonomy.
• Perform administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in patient services or clinical coordination.
• Experience in clinical trials is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trials database.
• Critical thinker and problem solver.
• Must have a patient service mentality.
