Overview

The Senior Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new patients, ensuring a positive experience and establishing relationships with care partners.

  • Reimbursement experience and knowledge of insurance coverage.
  • Experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Medical billing experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain state pharmacy technician registration.
  • Professional handling of challenging patients.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
