Overview

The Community Engagement Partner II is responsible for fostering strong relationships with local communities to support health initiatives and develop impactful community events and campaigns.

• Partner with local organizations to manage community-based screening events.

• Organize local Ambassadors to expand community reach.
• Deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams for community engagement activities.
• Support the clinical research team in participant transitions.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in program outreach.
• Ability to work autonomously and exercise good judgment.
• Proven track record in building community partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in modern technology for communication and data management.
• Multilingual is a plus.
