Overview

The Community Engagement Partner II is responsible for fostering relationships with local communities to support health initiatives, organizing community events, and enhancing outreach strategies.

• Partner with local organizations to manage community screening events.

• Collaborate with internal teams for community engagement activities.
• Support clinical research team transitions for trial participants.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Travel up to 25% for community engagement activities.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in program outreach management.
• Strong judgment and ability to work autonomously.
• Empathetic, persistent, and integrity-driven personality.
• Experience in building community partnerships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in technology for communication and data management.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Community Development or related fields preferred.
