Overview

The Executive Director, Operational Compliance will lead the development, implementation, strategic direction, and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks across all operational areas across the company.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare or clinical trials.
• Prior leadership experience managing multiple teams/functions.
• Expert business knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
• Experience in developing and implementing company-wide policies.
• Comfortable advising executive level management.
• Ability to assess and provide strategic direction in complex situations.
• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare experience.
