The Executive Director, Community Partners is a senior leader responsible for shaping and scaling Care Access's national community engagement strategy, leading a high-performing team, and managing strategic partnerships to enhance access to clinical research.

Requirements

• 10+ years of executive-level leadership experience.
• Strong background in organizational leadership and strategic planning.
• Expertise in CRM systems and performance optimization frameworks.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to build national partnerships.
• Data-driven mindset focused on health equity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
