Overview

The Cardiva Account Manager will be responsible for executing strategic and operational plans in the medical device sales sector, focusing on territory growth and customer relationship management.

In Short

  • Responsible for daily sales objectives and territory growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans based on quarterly quotas.
  • Conduct training and education during account launches.
  • Present and implement Performance Guarantees to key accounts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists to align business plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and KOLs.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide training to new hires.
  • Experience in medical device sales is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage schedules and clinical resources effectively.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the medical device market.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Strong work ethic and urgency to accomplish objectives.
  • Ability to establish credibility with clinical staff and administrators.
  • Emotional intelligence for effective resource management.
  • Experience with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
  • Strategic thinker with flexibility and resourcefulness.
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours in protective clothing.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
