Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for executing on the strategic and operational plan as directed by Commercial leadership by representing our products to new and existing customers, while achieving the sales expectations/quota of an assigned territory.

In Short

  • Responsible for daily sales objectives focusing on territory growth.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans.
  • Direct training and education during account launches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop KOL advocates for education and influence.
  • Support contract discussions with hospital leadership.
  • Facilitate new product approvals and provide technical support.
  • Accountable for compliance with company policies.
  • Manage territory expenses and product inventory.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists and align teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in Medical Device Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device market and products.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and urgency.
  • Ability to establish personal credibility in targeted territory.
  • Emotional intelligence to manage resources effectively.
  • Experience calling on Interventional Cardiologists and related specialists.
  • Aggressive strategic thinker and tactical planner.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% in defined territory.
