In Short

• Design, build, and develop backend services that power our crypto transaction platform.
• Develop and manage APIs to facilitate seamless integration with front-end applications and other services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technologies with existing systems.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high reliability and scalability of backend solutions.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to deliver a cohesive and consistent product experience.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data and transactions.
• Implement and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes.
• Leverage cloud infrastructure for scalable and reliable deployment and monitoring.
• Write and maintain clean, well-documented, and modular code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, ensuring the stability and security of applications.
• Stay current with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and improvements to our technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in fintech or blockchain services.
• Strong experience in backend languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Rust, Go, or others).
• Knowledge of API design and development (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud services and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for collaborating in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive development approach.
• Interest in blockchain or cryptocurrency is a plus.
