Own LATAM Data Strategy End-to-End by defining success tracking and building frameworks.
Partner with Local, Regional, and Central Teams to ensure local insights are reflected in global priorities.
Tell the Story Behind the Numbers by crafting actionable narratives using data.
Identify Problems Before They’re Obvious by proactively surfacing growth bottlenecks.
Support Product & Experimentation Initiatives by working closely with product teams.

Requirements

Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
Familiarity with Canva’s data stack (Looker, Snowflake, Mode, Netspring).
Experience building dashboards and tracking frameworks.
Ability to define and track key metrics across the user journey.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience using AI in work.
Strategic thinker comfortable in ambiguity.
Experience working in LATAM markets.
Understanding of mobile analytics and behavioral funnels.
Working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
