Requirements

• Experience in high-volume GTM recruiting.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics for decision-making.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of Canva’s product and culture.
• Ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong closing skills.
