Overview

The Contract Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction and successful placement of top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units.

In Short

• Consult with Hiring Managers to understand current and future needs.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers for a smooth recruiting process.
• Partner with client groups to identify needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Initiate ideas for process improvement opportunities.
• Use data resources to persuade customers and implement change.
• Present at meetings and trainings to help leaders improve their interviewing skills.
• Probe to understand key requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify passive job seekers using various recruitment tactics.
• Drive timely execution of sourcing and screening processes.
• Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of sales recruiting experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Recruiting experience in a healthcare or medical device setting preferred.
• Experience with Workday and/or SmartRecruiters preferred.
• Proven track record of high volume, high quality recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
