Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• At least 3 years focused on B2B SaaS sales recruiting.
• Proven track record in high-volume sales roles.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS industry and sales roles.
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever.
