Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience.
• Track record of recruiting for US-based companies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting platforms.
• Knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
