As the Regional Data Lead for LATAM, you will shape how we understand our users, measure what matters, and build a data-informed growth strategy connecting local markets with global product teams.

In Short

Build the Data Foundation for LATAM by designing and building dashboards.
Own LATAM Data Strategy End-to-End and define success metrics.
Partner with Local, Regional, and Central Teams to ensure insights flow both ways.
Tell the Story Behind the Numbers to inspire action.
Identify Problems Before They’re Obvious to stay ahead of growth bottlenecks.
Support Product & Experimentation Initiatives with data-driven insights.

Requirements

Strong SQL and data wrangling skills.
Familiarity with Canva’s data stack.
Experience building dashboards and tracking frameworks.
Ability to define and track key metrics across user journeys.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience using AI in work.
Strategic thinker comfortable in ambiguity.
Experience analyzing LATAM markets.
Understanding of mobile analytics and behavioral funnels.
Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
