Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in knowledge architecture or content design.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and Japanese.
  • Proficient in writing for both humans and AI.
  • Strong understanding of service design is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools and automation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
