Graduate HR Generalist - APAC - Remote

Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.

In Short

• Provide HR support by answering team members’ questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts.
• Maintain our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing team member changes.
• Own global projects related to engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes.
• Process new hires and manage onboarding documentation.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment and payroll processes.
• Liaise with payroll for smooth salary payments.
• Conduct regular audits of employment files for compliance.
• Continuously improve HR processes.
• Work independently and interface effectively with professionals at all levels.

Requirements

• Track record of exceptional achievement from high school through graduate studies.
• Experience in an entry-level HR role, preferably in the Technology industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize complex workloads and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Flexible attitude and adaptable to change.
• Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas.
• Ambitious to grow within HR.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
