We require an HR function that thinks and acts globally.​ We're looking for a Graduate HR Generalist to offer their expertise to our APAC region. It's an exciting time to join with the opportunity to help shape and create an HR function for the future.  You will demonstrate a high work ethic and the personal confidence to set and defend high expectations of colleagues, counterparts and processes. You must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. You'll need excellent communication, professional and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to function in a proactive, innovative environment. We look to HR both to support our colleagues in their personal needs and development, and also to maintain consistently high standards across multiple teams, managers and directors.

In Short

• Provide HR support by answering team members’ questions and responding to requests regarding their employment and contracts.
• Maintain our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing changes.
• Own global projects related to engagement, training, or culture initiatives.
• Partner with managers and employees to support HR processes.
• Process new hires and coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment and payroll processes.
• Liaise with payroll for smooth salary payments.
• Conduct regular audits of employment files for compliance.
• Work to improve HR processes continuously.
• Travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.

Requirements

• Track record of exceptional achievement in education and career.
• Experience in an entry-level HR role, preferably in Technology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize complex workloads and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a focus on accuracy.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Willing to take initiative and contribute ideas.
