Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Engineering, Data Science or similar.
• User research expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Proficiency in technical prototyping and scripting.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering and process optimization teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Portfolio showcasing user research, design, or engineering projects.
