Requirements

• Experience in headhunting senior tech talent.
• Ability to train stakeholders in identifying and engaging talent.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessments.
• Experience with behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in talent identification tools.
• High level of personal organization for remote work.
• Willingness to travel for company events.
