Are you a seasoned backend engineer passionate about solving complex problems in search technology? As a technical leader, you’ll drive technical excellence, shape the vision for search architecture, and mentor a team dedicated to crafting scalable and intelligent solutions to improve Fiverr’s search algorithms.

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of search features.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proven ability to apply ML frameworks in production.
• Proven expertise in information retrieval and ranking algorithms.
• Strong communication skills and experience mentoring engineers.
