Senior Planner for Science & Technology Projects - Remote

Overview

The successful candidate will work under a licensed Architect as a subject matter expert and lead planner on Science & Technology (S&T) projects.

• Collaborate with a project team to provide technical expertise in programming and planning.
• Lead user group meetings to collect and refine program needs.
• Communicate planning concepts to project teams and owners.
• Translate planning concepts into comprehensible terms for clients.
• Lead the development and review of planning concepts and solutions.
• Assist in developing architectural drawings and specifications.
• Develop project scope, plan, and services during the contract process.
• Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience required.
• Prior experience as a subject matter expert on S&T projects preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation preferred.
• Licensure or registration in the United States preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements.
• Business acumen and critical thinking skills required.
• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam required.
