Overview

As an Outside Account Manager for the Southern Iberia region of Spain, you will manage and grow relationships with dealers, aiming to meet ambitious sales targets while ensuring partners are supported and connected with Cannondale.

In Short

  • Grow sales and deliver standout service to dealers in your territory
  • Lead distribution efforts to expand retail footprint
  • Build a strong dealer network to execute Cannondale’s commercial strategy
  • Partner with internal teams to strengthen relationships and hit sales goals
  • Equip dealers with marketing tools and business guidance
  • Support timely collections and accounts receivable processes
  • Share market insights and product feedback with the Product team
  • Represent Cannondale at dealer events and trade shows
  • Engage in continuous learning and sales training
  • Report to the Regional Sales Leader

Requirements

  • Professional background in sales or business; cycling experience is a plus
  • Strong local network and track record of commercial success
  • 4–6 years in a similar role with goal-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative, with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling across the region
  • Fluent in Spanish and confident in English
  • Valid driver’s license
