Overview

As our Outside Account Manager for the Northwest region of France, you'll be the face of Cannondale to our dealer network, building strong partnerships that fuel growth and elevate the rider experience.

In Short

  • Work closely with internal teams to strengthen dealer relationships and hit sales goals
  • Bring Cannondale’s commercial strategy to life—building a future-ready retail network that’s strong, agile, and aligned
  • Drive active sales and deliver top-tier service to dealers across your territory
  • Support dealers with marketing tools and guidance to help grow their business
  • Lead distribution efforts and play a key role in territory growth
  • Support accounts receivable efforts and ensure timely collections
  • Take part in sales trainings, seminars, and ongoing education
  • Share valuable market insights and product feedback with the Product team
  • Represent Cannondale at dealer events, national trade shows, and local demos
  • Team up with colleagues across the Western Europe region—sharing ideas, feedback, and best practices

Requirements

  • An Education in Sales or a Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics, international business, sales management or a similar field
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position within cycling, sports or outdoor industry
  • An extensive network within the territory to manage and within the cycling, sports or outdoor industry
  • Excellent team-player attitude, with strong motivation, drive and communication capabilities
  • Absolutely convinced of the importance of results and timelines
  • Willing to travel frequently and work in a remote capacity
  • Excellent fit with Cannondale sales culture, which means entrepreneurial, dynamic, highly motivated individual with can-do mentality
  • Experience with B2B relationships and Commercial & Sales success
  • Native French Speaking and proficient in English (written & verbal)
  • A valid Driver’s license
