Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our successful Key Accounts Europe Sales Team with a focus on the Central & Eastern European region. You will be responsible for generating business through both existing and new key accounts and be the primary point of contact for these clients, offering specialized solutions, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for new business, with the objective of achieving continuous volume growth.

In Short

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for designated markets (CEE).
  • Generate sales of modules and components in national and international markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with local key accounts and acquire new ones.
  • Negotiate price, volume, contract terms, and conditions with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address any commercial, technical and/or financial objections from key accounts.
  • Close supply contracts and maintain relationships with key existing customers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and external regulations.
  • Documentation of the sales process and maintaining high data accuracy.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or project management within the solar or energy industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
  • Well-connected with key EPC and Development/IPP players.
  • In-depth understanding of the solar energy market.
  • Good command in MS Office and experience in CRM Systems.
  • Fluency in English; any Central and Eastern European languages will be an advantage.
