Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources).
• 7-9 years of relevant experience in business analysis and project management.
• Business Analyst or Project Management Professional certification is an asset.
• Experience in leading teams or projects for at least 1 year.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially Workday Financial Management and HCM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with agile methodologies and change management.
• Demonstrated experience with user support and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of security practices and industry trends.
