Records Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Records Management Analyst supports the Association by configuring and maintaining records management software to ensure accurate metadata, proper classification, and adherence to retention rules. They manage records throughout their lifecycle, performing quality checks and troubleshooting system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Records Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electronic records management.
• Strong working experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Knowledge of de-identification and compliance governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in quality control and audit methods.
• Project management experience in a deadline-driven environment.
