Overview

The Management Analyst will support the customer’s program, providing mission-critical support in acquisition management, program analysis, technology support, and case management to improve efficiency, compliance, and transparency across organizational operations.

In Short

  • Provide oversight and administrative support for acquisition activities and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with program managers, contracting officials, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain status reports for case management, risk, and corrective actions.
  • Support decision-making by documenting requirements and capturing lessons learned.
  • Perform risk management through identification, reporting, and reviews.
  • Apply IT project management practices to support lifecycle management.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and communication plans.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and briefings; capture and distribute action items.
  • Maintain a centralized information repository, SOPs, templates, and guidance documents.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and administrative actions for compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of acquisition processes and program oversight.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dashboard/reporting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience briefing senior leadership and managing multiple priorities.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
