Technical Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

The Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as an advisor and analyst responsible for supporting the operations of the Electronic Health Record systems, programs, and clinical processes for EHRM-IO. The SME works with the Site Technical Liaison to plan, coordinate, and organize in-depth analyses, reviews, and evaluations of EHR programs, policies, and procedures from a technical perspective.

• Plans, designs, and oversees deployment of complex enterprise-wide information architectures.
• Ensures systems are compatible and compliant with standards for open systems architectures.
• Identifies necessary interfaces between enterprise solution applications and legacy IT environments.
• Supports all program/project planning and milestone development.
• Provides Monthly Status Reports to the RavenTek Program Manager.
• Monitors and responds to RavenTek email regularly.
• Completes required compliance training as assigned.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the year.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience implementing Electronic Health Records.
• Department of Veterans Affairs experience preferred.
• Public Trust clearance.
