Overview

The Clinical Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides experts with clinical knowledge and operational guidance during the deployment of a healthcare system across multiple sites.

In Short

• Serve as the clinical operations subject matter expert during deployment.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff and technical teams.
• Identify workflow gaps and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist with change management communication and engagement.
• Provide clinical workflow validation during system go-live.
• Conduct end-user rounding for feedback and optimization.
• Support development and delivery of clinical training.
• Participate in configuration review sessions.
• Monitor and respond to RavenTek email regularly.
• Complete required compliance training as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience with clinical decision support systems.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations.
• Ability to assess healthcare professionals' needs.
• Knowledge of clinical information systems.
• Expertise in identifying workflow gaps.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 70%.
• Ability to work indoors in an office environment.
