  • Location: The new Airport Authority Administration building, located on the San Diego International Airport campus and near the waterfront, providing stunning views of our runway, San Diego Bay, the Pacific Ocean, and the city skyline.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule: We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, with an opportunity for remote work based on operational requirements, while supporting both in-office collaboration and remote productivity.
  • Salary: The hiring salary for Records & Information Management Analyst II is starting at $66,133. The full pay range for Records & Information Management Analyst II is $56,524-$90,439.

Requirements

  • Program oversight and compliance: Coordinates the Authority’s Records & Information Management Program to ensure legal, administrative, and operational compliance; maintains retention schedules and destruction procedures.
  • System governance and support: Manages access, indexing, and metadata within the Enterprise Content Management System; troubleshoots technical issues and supports department users.
  • Training and consultation: Develops materials and delivers trainings; mentors Records Coordinators and acts as an internal consultant on records-related policies and practices.
  • Document preservation and control: Oversees classification, filing, and long-term preservation of contractual records, including deeds, leases, and agreements.
  • Process improvement and stakeholder engagement: Partners with departments to improve workflows, identify needs, and recommend effective, compliant solutions.
