Overview

The Senior Analyst for Configuration Information Management is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of critical information on claims databases, ensuring data synchronization and adherence to business requirements.

In Short

• Manage claims databases and maintain critical information.
• Synchronize data among operational and claims systems.
• Validate data for adherence to business and system requirements.
• Load and maintain contract and benefit information.
• Participate in defect resolution for assigned components.
• Assist in developing configuration standards and best practices.
• Plan and coordinate application upgrades and releases.
• Develop and execute test plans for application upgrades.
• Participate in the implementation of new health plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Graduate Degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of relevant experience preferred.
