Overview

The Universal Fraud Agent will be responsible for identifying and investigating fraudulent activities related to client transactions, ensuring service excellence, and mitigating fraud losses for CIBC clients.

In Short

  • Work remotely as part of the Fraud Contact Centre team.
  • Conduct investigations on client transactions.
  • Analyze and identify fraudulent activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve fraud cases.
  • Be available for overnight shifts.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Work independently in a secure workspace.
  • Flexible hours between 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize analytical skills for decision making.

Requirements

  • Experience in fraud investigation or customer service.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Ability to meet technical requirements for remote work.
  • Experience with COINS/ECIF, PRM, TSYS, and CRS is an asset.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
