Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Camunda, you will play a crucial role in helping customers realize value from our products, acting as their primary contact and trusted advisor for all technical matters.

In Short

  • Guide customers from initial project to scaled adoption of Camunda products.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with account teams to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Contribute to internal projects to improve customer experience.
  • Provide best practices during setup and evolution stages.
  • Perform technical health checks and design tailored enablement plans.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to spend time on-site with accounts.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Experience in enterprise automation and related fields is a plus.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with high-level programming languages (Java, C#, Python).
  • Good understanding of modern Solution Architectures.
  • Understanding of DevOps topics, especially Kubernetes.
  • Proven strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in providing advisory services to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Relevant industry certifications are an asset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on account assignments.
  • Experience in enterprise automation is a nice to have.
