Overview

As a TAM at Camunda, you will be a member of a fast-growing global team that is part of our larger Customer Success organization. As a TAM, you ensure that our customers are capable of realizing value with our products and you will be the primary contact and trusted advisor for all technical matters that focus on strategic adoption.

In Short

  • Enable customers to realize value by guiding them from first project to scaled adoption.
  • Provide best practices during initial setup and later evolution stages.
  • Develop and drive execution of technical roadmaps.
  • Perform regular technical health checks.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the account team on strategic development.
  • Contribute to internal projects for improving services.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in Enterprise Software Development.
  • Aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.
  • Hands-on experience in providing advisory services.
  • Proven track record in building trusted relationships.
  • Willingness to spend time on-site with accounts (up to 50%).
