• Manage the renewals process for customer success program.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Build relationships with internal and external counterparts.
• Lead Renewals Meetings and participate in business reviews.
• Evaluate and refine renewal processes for efficiency.
• Work with Customer Success team to manage high-risk clients.
• Provide renewal forecasts and reports to management.
• Understand pricing model and contract structure.
• Foster effective conversations with customers.
• Drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to establish new processes.
• Willingness to take on additional tasks.
