Associate Renewals Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Renewals Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing customer retention and minimizing churn through effective sales and relationship-building techniques.

In Short

• Maximize customer retention rates through effective sales techniques.
• Oversee the renewal process to retain or expand Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Assess and evaluate license usage for true-up requirements.
• Develop understanding of customer business needs for accurate renewal quotes.
• Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
• Ensure timely closure of all renewals to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies.
• Coordinate with customers for accurate completion of Purchase Orders (POs).
