Overview

The Renewals Associate at Bluesight is responsible for driving customer retention and managing the renewals process to ensure long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of account management and renewal experience.
• Client service focus in all interactions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience in the SaaS industry required.
• Healthcare SaaS experience preferred.
