In Short

  • Conduct discovery meetings with customers and partners to define the scope of professional services engagements.
  • Develop detailed statements of work (SOWs) for services.
  • Identify and quote appropriate professional services SKUs.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for professional services.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Manage and prioritize services pricing requests within Salesforce.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client services sales.
  • Provide insights into services solutions to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of professional services sales cycles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Understanding of professional services lifecycle and pricing methodologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
