Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Planning Specialist is responsible for delivering regulatory compliant, high-quality plans for product installation, configuration, and training for their assigned customer product deployments. This role ensures operationally efficient customer ‘go-lives’ in a timely manner, focusing on customer satisfaction and fiscal metrics.

• Develop strategies to improve customer ‘go-live’ experiences.

• Prepare and execute ‘go-live’ plans for product deployments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Implementation Teams.
• Document and escalate implementation issues.

Requirements
