Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager at Arine, you will drive and guide disciplined execution through consistent methodologies and strong communication to ensure successful implementation of Arine products for clients.

In Short

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success for client transitions.
• Manage multiple client implementations and internal initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Serve as escalation point for risks and issues during implementations.
• Maintain understanding of Arine’s products to inform business decisions.
• Drive accountability for obtaining final approvals on client deliverables.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve implementation processes.
• Ensure on-time implementation deliveries and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth transitions to ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in healthcare management or consulting.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or health-tech company.
• Familiarity with ticket management tools like Jira.
• Strong client management and customer service skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented with a history of meeting goals.
• Confident self-starter with minimal need for direction.
