Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager at Fiserv, you will ensure predictable and successful project delivery while managing client relationships for credit card processing solutions.

In Short

• Act as the primary project contact for clients and internal groups.
• Provide continuous project feedback and status updates.
• Develop project plans and related task lists.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks to ensure project completion.
• Maintain professional client relationships and manage expectations.
• Provide occasional after-hour support for client implementations.
• Create capacity plans and resource forecasting.
• Represent the department for internal special projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management using Agile methodologies.
• 4+ years of experience in an implementation capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in client services relationships.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Experience with project documentation and standards.
• Knowledge of file transmissions and credit platform installations.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
