Overview

The Logistics Automation Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth efficiency through process optimization, technological innovation, and strategic use of artificial intelligence. This key role will work on implementing scalable solutions that reduce costs and increase profitability.

• Identify opportunities to automate processes for sustainable business scaling.
• Implement generative AI, RPA, and low-code/no-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) to improve efficiency across various areas.
• Explore and test new technologies to accelerate growth and improve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to define the best solutions and manage blockers.
• Design and implement automated dashboards and reports for decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic consulting, growth, operations, or efficiency roles in logistics, marketplaces, or tech companies.
• Experience with process automation, RPA, and no-code/low-code tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and generative AI models is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional projects.
• Curiosity and passion for innovation in logistics and marketplaces.
