  • Handle critical cases from consumer protection agencies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • University student or graduate in Administration, Business, or related fields.
  • Excellent service attitude.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk, Talkdesk, and similar tools.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Office tools.
  • Results-oriented and self-sufficient.
