The Compliance Audit and Education Specialist serves as a regulatory specialist within Corporate Compliance, assisting with auditing, monitoring, and training initiatives to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or related field.
• Coding and/or Auditing Certification (CPC, CPMA, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience with Government Payers.
• Proficient in Evaluation and Management Auditing.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS coding.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Epic experience is preferred.
