TechOps Audit & Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The TechOps Audit & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for understanding and supporting the organizational, procedural, and technological controls within the context of the global regulatory frameworks applicable to our business.

In Short

• Assist with tracking and updating the status of all IT audit, risk, and compliance activities.
• Collect and track documentation for audits and departmental requests.
• Assist with documenting and tracking mitigation and corrective actions.
• Prepare metrics of work performed and investigation summaries.
• Monitor audit progress and ensure key milestones are met.
• Document team procedures to adhere to internal controls.
• Maintain a document framework of technology policies and standards.
• Responsible for assigned administrative tasks and reporting.
• Support department objectives and perform other duties as assigned.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, operations, compliance/audit or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in technology, operations, compliance/audit.
• Understanding of regulatory, SOX and operational controls.
• Ability to learn and stay current on best practices.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
• Experience with ITIL processes preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze and interpret information.
