In Short

  • Join the Technical Support team to solve technical challenges.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or delivery services.

  • Great communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Desire to learn and adopt new skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • History of resolving customer issues quickly.
  • Experience with diagnosing technical issues.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Type S personality: smart, ethical, friendly, proactive.
  • Familiarity with SQL querying preferred.
